By Road:
From the M25 take the A22 which leads directly to Eastbourne, then follow the signs to the Seafront (west). Turn right towards the western end of the seafront and when you reach the Wish Tower turn right into Wilmington Square. Cross over Compton Street then turn left into Carlisle Road - we are on the left hand side of the road from the Congress Theatre.

By Train:
Direct trains to Eastbourne are available regularly from Victoria Station, Gatwick Airport, Brighton and more. The Congress Hotel is 10 minutes walk from the train station. Train times can be found at www.nationalrail.co.uk.
